Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS Priority mail. Boxes should arrive in 1-5 business days once shipped, barring any carrier delays. Due to COVID-19 causing delays, please be patient with shipping services.  

Physical items should be inspected for damage immediately upon arrival.  If you discover damage or a defect after delivery, please email Customer Service at within 30 days of arrival and include photos of the damaged pieces as well as the package it arrived in.  Keep those items for proof until the situation is resolved.
